Miss Ella Frischhertz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Frischhertz III, is a freshman at the University of Mississippi majoring in Biology on the pre-med track and an active member of Kappa Delta. She graduated from The Academy of the Sacred Heart in May 2023 with High Honors, where she played varsity tennis, cheered on the varsity squad, and founded the Fashion Design Club. Ella also served on student council and the yearbook staff, volunteers with several nonprofits including Triumph Over Kid Cancer, and was active in St. Dominic CYO. She enjoys snow skiing, tennis, and traveling, and serves as a Eucharistic minister. Ella has proudly been part of the Court of Eros since debuting as a princess in 2011, then as junior maid in 2017 and maid in 2022—continuing a family legacy in the Krewe of Eros dating back to the 1940s with her great-grandfather, Roy Frischhertz Sr.
